 We have SSL (Secure Socket Layer) Security at all our Hot Spot locations. This ensures that your Credit Card information is transmitted securely. We've done everything we can to make sure your information is secure. - We comply with the new government Homeland Security specifications regarding wireless internet devices. Allowing users access to the internet without any login requirements opens a Pandora's Box of legal ramifications which we avoid my simply complying with wireless security specs.
- We support the latest Macintosh (OSX) and Windows (XP) operating systems as well as the older versions. We constantly check for upgrades and information regarding all of them to keep our customers supplied with the most current software and support available.
- We offer outgoing SMTP mail services at all of our locations. This allows users to use their email programs (Outlook, Eudora, etc.) seemlessly.
- Our customers have Worldwide Roaming capabilities with hundreds of locations available to them using their same secure username and password. See the Hot Spot menu above for locations.
- We are linked to other established companies in the hospitality industry who provide dialup or wired solutions. Customers who already have accounts with those companies can login to our wireless network using the user/pass from that other provider.
- We have over 15 years of experience in this specific industry which has allowed us to streamline our services for maximum efficiency and customer support.
- We offer multiple levels of technical support to anyone who calls our customer support. Our staff is highly trained in the latest software and hardware so we can provide superior service to our customers. We have support techs for our support techs so there is always a resolution to every issue that may arise.
- We only use professional grade industry standard equipment which has been proven in the field to be reliable.
- Our service is non invasive and makes no changes to the user's machine. This is a very sensitive issue which we have great experience in dealing with. To those users without their own WI-FI hardware we offer cards and software which is completely uninstallable when they are finished.
- We actively monitor every device on our entire multi-state network which allows us to address and resolve certain issues before our customers are aware that there is an issue. We refer to this as Big Brother because someone is always watching.
